TOURIST/ FAMILY VISIT:
  1. Valid Passport at least three months beyond the intended duration of stay in Schengen countries along with two sets of passport copy including valid visa or old Schengen visa if any.
  2. Application form duly filled and signed by the Applicant.
  3. Two recent passport size color photographs 35x45mm with white background and 70 to 80% face coverage not older than 6 months.
  4. Return/onward confirmed air booking.
  5. Hotel confirmation.
  6. Overseas Medical Insurance valid for all Schengen countries minimum coverage of 30000 EURO.
  7. Covering letter stating purpose of visit.
  8. Proof of employment and NOC from organization with confirming the leave for the tour.

  10. Student visitors are required to provide a letter from school, Identity card of school or report card.
  11. Minor traveling without parents no objection certificate has to provide by parents.
  12. Proof of sufficient fund i.e. Original bank statement certified by bank and Income tax return for last 3 years.
  13. Family visitors: should provide original sponsorship letter from proper authorities where applicaEstonia_indexnt is visiting.
  14. HONEYMOON COUPLE: should provide marriage certificate or name of spouse should reflect on their passport and some marriage photographs has to be submitted along with application.
  15. Couple traveling together spouse name should reflect on their passport.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS VISITORS:
  1. An invitation letter from business associates.
  2. Covering letter from company stating purpose of visit with guarantee for all expenses during the Finland_index our.
  3. Proof of employment Salary slip. Company bank statement/income-tax return.
  4. Company registration.
